3-5-7 Magnum Rules
3-5-7 starts with an extra 25 cents in the pot from each player. This is a 7 card game, so it is limited to 7 players.
The game has 4 stages. In the first stage, each player is dealt 3 cards, and 3s are wild. Once the players look at their cards, they stack them face down and hold them above the table. The dealer counts "1,2,3,drop," and any players who think they have the best hand drop their cards. If more than one person drops, they pass their hands amongst themselves to decide who actually has the best hand. Anyone who drops and does not have the best hand has to pay the person with the best hand 50 cents. If only one person drops, they do not have to show anyone their cards and they take 50 cents from the pot.
In the second stage, each player receives two more cards, for a total of 5. 5s are now wild, 3s are no longer wild. The same drop process follows.
3rd stage - each player receives two more cards for a total of 7. 7s are now wild, 5s are no longer wild. After the drop, players turn up their cards and decide who has the best hand.
Last stage - all players turn up their cards, and whoever has the best natural hand (no wilds) gets whatever is left in the pot.
